Handcrafted jewelry made in Greenville, S.C. Working from her home studio, Kara Mavar creates unique pieces using sterling silver, 14K gold fill, brass, copper and aluminum wire. She also incorporates natural stones, leather and other unique pieces into many of her designs. Kara specializes in the cold-connection technique of wire-wrapping. She has a background as an art student which helps her create jewelry designs that are well balanced and visually pleasing. Each piece that Kara creates is skillfully crafted with the utmost attention to detail.

Policies

Defective items or items damaged during shipping: I will send out new item once the damaged item has been mailed back and received. Damaged item must be returned within two weeks of the date of purchase. Please contact me prior to mailing back. Once it is received I will send the replacement item(s). My items are packed extremely secure and I have never had anyone complain of an item arriving damaged.

I gladly except Paypal or credit card. Your item will be shipped as soon as payment is received. E-checks (paid via Paypal) may delay the shipment of your order because I need to wait until the e-check clears before I can ship.

Shipping |

 My current processing time for orders is currently 1-7 business days (please allow for additional shipping time). 

Since everything here is handcrafted exclusively by me, I am able to customize each piece to meet your specific needs. I make each piece with love so please allow up to 1-7 business days for your order to be made. Please allow for additional shipping time.  As always, I will do my best to get your order out as soon as possible. If you need an item sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate if possible.

IMPORTANT: Selecting "Priority" as your shipping method will not speed up production time. It will only speed up shipping time.

Your order will be mailed to you via USPS first class mail. Each U.S. order will include a tracking number. You may purchase insurance for an additional charge. U.S. shipping starts at $4.00 for standard shipping (an additional $00.25 is added for each additional item). For orders over $250, I may require signature confirmation. Priority shipping is available but the processing time will still be up to 7 business days before mailing out. If you need your order sooner, please contact me.

International orders:  International orders can sometimes take up to six weeks to be delivered. Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, levies, and other applicable fees for their purchase. Also be aware that delivery time varies and may take over a month to receive in some cases. 

Packaging|

Each order will include one gift box and one gift bag. More may be used depending on the size of order and the amount of boxes needed to package the order safely. If you need more boxes or bags, please contact me for pricing.

Custom orders (that I cannot re-sale such as wire-written names and custom orders that are specifically made for you) & wholesale orders are not returnable.
